New Program Manager In Halifax
NACLAA students will find a cheery new voice and enthusiastic attitude on the other end of the line as Jane Mulatz takes over as Program Manager for Dalhousie University College Of Continuing Education public sector programs, of which NACLAA is the crown jewel.
Jane, a displaced Saskatchewegan, has a BA from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Masters in Public Administration from Dalhousie University, both in Halifax. While at the School of Public Administration, Jane was involved with a number of faculty research projects in the health research and instructional design fields. Before coming to Henson College, Jane was involved with the provinces' emergency health system and worked extensively with adults and children with mental and physical disabilities. She is an enthusiastic Nova Scotian these days and loves swimming, boating and fishing.
"I'm absolutely thrilled to involved with a cutting edge program like NACLAA," enthused Jane. "With my background in instructional design and poli sci, the job is a natural fit for me. To be using the latest and greatest internet technologies for distance learning is just an added bonus."
Chomping at the bit to hear about the program from the student's point of view, Jane is keen to talk to NACLAA newbies and veterans alike. She can be reached at 1-902-494-8885 or emailed at jmulatz@hen.henson.dal.ca. Hey Jane, welcome aboard!
