HAMILTON -- The city of Hamilton will ask the Ontario Municipal Board to dismiss the appeals filed against the aerotropolis plans that rezone about 3,100 acres around the Hamilton International Airport for industrial and commercial uses. (Ancaster News)

Industrial Investment
ZURICH -- An estimated $150 million ethanol plant, the largest of three being supported by the Province, has been slated for the municipality of Bluewater. Smoke-Ban Costs Surveyed
WINDSOR -- The City of Windsor is surveying local businesses to assess the economic effects of the Smoke Free Ontario Act so that it can go to the provincial government with hard facts to back up its case for funding that will offset the effects of the ban. (City of Windsor - News Release)
